We, the members of the non-profit public organization “Waldorf Initiative ”Borysfen" from Kyiv, are asking for your financial assistance. Our organization unites a school and a kindergarten. The school was founded in 2014 by a community of teachers and parents and operates exclusively on charitable funds from our community.
For 4 years now, our school community has been raising, educating and therapizing children during the war waged by Russia against Ukraine. The daily survival of adults who want to reduce the trauma of children is an extremely difficult task. We can do it only with the international help of those who are not forced to defend themselves against the occupier.
The economy and infrastructure of our country have been severely destroyed by the aggressor, and we are unable to support ourselves without the help of benefactors.
Our parents are grateful to “Borysfen” for their steadfastness, warmth and love. It supports them and gives us all faith that we will survive. We plan to purchase powerful power equipment to be energy independent and autonomous.
We ask you to support our children so that they have continuous education and the therapy they need in a warm, bright space.
